I don't see a justifiable reason for the helment thing, what brought about the directive for helment? so many questions to ask.

I think the safety helmet is a good development that should be welcomed by "Okade riders" and passengers.

The helmet sucks.we all know 'safety first' but e get as it b. The 'helmet' don pass 'helmet'.some look like bucket,fryin pan,some are very loose on the wearers' head...all sort of rubbish in the name of helmet. FRSC should 're-orientate' the okada riders and the masses on everything about helmet
